The Pennsylvania Association of
Environmental Professionals (PAEP) is extending
invitations for our upcoming PAEP 2008 Annual
Conference. This year’s conference is scheduled for May
7-9, 2008 at The Holiday Inn (Harrisburg/Hershey),
Grantville, Pennsylvania. The theme of this year’s
conference is “Adapting to Global Climate Change:
A Pennsylvania Perspective”. Those attending the
conference will include individuals and representatives
of organizations, agencies, and businesses working in
environmental management, planning, impact assessment,
environmental protection, compliance, research,
engineering, design and educational fields.
Your participation as an exhibitor or
sponsor will ensure the success of the 2008 PAEP Annual
Conference. This year, PAEP’s conference begins with the
technical tours and Keynote Dinner on Wednesday, May 7.
Our Keynote Speaker will be an internationally
recognized expert on climate change, Larry Schweiger,
CEO of the National Wildlife Federation. We will
continue with a variety of seminars and the Karl Mason
Award luncheon on Thursday and close the conference with
the speakers panel on Friday morning. Two separate
receptions with exhibitors are scheduled to maximize
interaction with conference participants. See the

There are many levels of sponsorship
choices available this year. To become a conference
sponsor please review the choices and complete the
enclosed Annual Conference Exhibit/Sponsorship Form
indicating your level of support and return it with your
check in the appropriate amount, an electronic logo (in
jpeg format), and appropriately sized ad for the level
of sponsorship selected. The sponsorship of events will
be on a first come first served basis.
Exhibit Space: Exhibit space
for any PAEP corporate member is available at
$125.00 per table top space. Non members are also
welcome to exhibit at a rate of $225.00 per table
top. The non member rate also includes one year of
membership dues. Exhibits will be accessible
beginning with the welcome reception on Wednesday
evening and will continue through the day on
Thursday.
Lodging Needs: Please contact
the The Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey (604 Station
Road, Grantville, PA) at 717.469.0661 to make your
room reservation. A block of rooms for PAEP is
available for $105.00/single occupancy per night,
excluding tax until April 18, 2008. For the
discounted group rate please identify as part of the
PAEP group.
