Western Section July Event - NAEP is joining us!

On Friday July 16th at 4:30PM members of the NAEP Board of Directors will be joining members of the PAEP Western Section for our montly event.

The speaker for this month's event will be Kelly Ogrodnik from Phipps and the topic of her discussion is:

Phipps Center for Sustainable Landscapes: A Living Building

The Center for Sustainable Landscapes (CSL) at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens will emerge as a Living Building, a SITES® Pilot Project site and among the greenest buildings in the world. Housing leading-edge environmental education and research programs in a facility that is itself a working demonstration model of alternative, renewable energy and sustainable landscape strategies, the CSL will be a public teaching tool, innovated with technically feasible, commercially viable technologies which can be replicated by others, inspiring others to build and live in harmony with the natural environment.
