Upcoming 2023 Annual Conference

Our 2023 Conference planning is gearing up. This year’s venue will be at the Wyndham Garden in State College beginning September 20 and running through the 22nd. The Conference Committee is presently working on presentation selections. The program will be available as soon as it has been readied by the Committee. Notices will be made to the membership, along with past attendees and former PAEP members.

Wyndham Garden room information:

• There is a government rate of $100 but proof of eligibility must be provided at the time of check-in.
• You must identify yourself as part of PAEP23 Conference to obtain the group rate.  It is important that you indicate any special rooming needs or arrangements at the time of this call.
• Group Room Rate is $135 per night (rate does not include taxes).
• PAEP cannot guarantee room availability. The discounted group rate concludes on August 22. Rooms will be available at the discounted rate until that date, or until the block is filled, whichever comes first. Please be aware that the PAEP room block usually fills well before the deadline. At that point, you are compet­ing with other guests for rooms. Requests for reservations after August 22 will be accepted by the hotel on a space and rate availability basis. For those making reser­vations prior to the deadline, rooms may also be available at the group rate for the three days prior to and the three days after the actual conference to accommodate vaca­tion planning.
