FHWA Update: Regulation and Policy Updates,
Frequent FHWA Comments, and More

Cami will discuss Fixing America’s Surface Transportation or “FAST” Act changes to policy and
regulations, from the latest Executive Order on Environmental Reviews to updates on Section
4(f). FHWA has also developed a list of frequent comments made on documents they review,
which will be shared to give preparers the “inside track” on what FHWA is looking for (or not
looking for) on document submissions. Plenty of time will be left for questions. Consider this a
perfect opportunity to ask FHWA what you’ve always wanted to know.
Dinner will be buffet-style; cash bar is available.
