The business and affairs of PAEP are managed by nine directors elected by the general membership. The directors elect from amongst themselves the officers of PAEP: a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. Directors can serve any number of terms; however, no director may serve more than two consecutive terms of three years each but is eligible to be reelected after a one-year absence from the board. Three directors are elected each year, thus providing for continuity within the Board and overall association. Terms end on December 31. The Board of Directors meets regularly. Directors and officers receive no salary or compensation for service.
