Join us for a focused Lunch & Learn session exploring the role of ethics in modern environmental professional leadership. We’ll discuss why a clear understanding of business ethics is essential in today’s rapidly changing landscape, define what ethical leadership truly looks like in practice, and introduce practical ethical frameworks you can apply to guide complex decisions. We’ll also look ahead to emerging trends shaping the future of ethical leadership and how leaders can prepare now to stay grounded, accountable, and effective.
Presenter: Cytha Guynes - Cytha joined the RETTEW team in January after spending time as an elementary, middle, and high school math teacher and serving as an elementary principal. Most recently Cytha worked in the non-profit world, developing impactful professional development courses, events, and resources for education leaders. Guynes is incredibly passionate about building and sustaining strong work cultures, the power of mentorship as a tool for growth, team goal-setting, and human-centered leadership. She is also a life-long learner who completed her doctoral degree in 2024 and continues to seek out opportunities to become a better teammate, professional, and leader.
Outside of work, Cytha is an avid sports fan, voracious reader, amateur foodie, and enthusiastic traveler. She lives in Shippensburg with her partner Andy, their two children Diana and Teddy, and their rescue dog Gidget.

PAEP Members - Webinars are free to current members but you will still need to register.
Non-Members – the fee for the webinar is $20 per person.
Government/Agency - the fee for webinar is $10 per person.
Registrants will be sent an email confirming registration with log in information to event. You will also get another email closer to the date of the event, providing information on how to join the webinar.
