Employ the best principles of environmental science for the protection of environmental resources, enhancement of environmental quality, and the mitigation of environmental harm. Avoid all professional relationships or actions which could be interpreted as a conflict of interest by clients, public officials, or peers, and, in any instance where financial or personal interests exist, voluntarily make full disclosure to all affected parties.
